About Tanja

Recognizing that each person has his or her own motivations and goals, it is easy to understand that each person’s path to complete fitness is very different. I will help you develop not only an exercise and nutrition program but your own stress reduction techniques, and sleep routines.

With my knowledge in psychology, physiology and nutrition, I design and implement behavioral nutrition coaching and specific training programs to help each client realize their full potential. My expertise is all about identifying and addressing your specific needs. You get a multi-disciplinary trained professional that helps you examine your current health and well-being, and then makes recommendations to help you reach the goals that are important to you.

My services is also available remotely.
